May I fax in my order?
 You may fax your order to us at 713-524-4330.  We will confirm receipt of your fax.

How quickly can I receive a short-notice order?
Within two hours from our Carry-out Chronicle Menu.

What is the deadline for placing an order?
We can accommodate most orders within a two hour notice.  For breakfast, hot food, and
party trays, please have your order in by 3:00 pm the day before.

What are the order cancellation / order change guidelines?
We ask for changes and cancellations by 5:00 p.m. the day preceding the order date. 
Preparation for orders begins very early in the morning.  
Because of this, same day cancellations are subject to charge.

Is there a delivery charge and if so, how much?
Delivery:  Charges are based on zip code 
Monday through Friday 8:00 am until 5:00 pm

How are orders packaged?
Trays, boxes, and baskets come ready to open and enjoy.  
Quality disposable plates, napkins, flatware, serving utensils, beverage cups, 
and napkins are available at a nominal additional charge.

Do you take/deliver weekend orders?
Yes we deliver corporate orders, as well as, private/social event orders on weekends.
Please have your order in by 3:00 pm Friday so we may accommodate your needs.
Customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

What are the available payment options/terms?
All orders are C.O.D. 
Corporations or individuals ordering on a regular weekly basis may be eligible for Net 10 day terms.  
We accept checks, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover for payment.  
A credit card deposit is required at the time of placing your order.
